Danfoss Power Solutions – a world-class provider of mobile hydraulics for the construction, agriculture and other ‘off-highway’ vehicle markets

In April 2013, Danfoss A/S acquired all the remaining shares in Sauer-Danfoss Inc. This change followed on from a merger between Sauer-Sundstrand and Danfoss Fluid Power in 2000. Subsequently, Sauer-Danfoss was de-listed from the New York Stock Exchange and became a privately owned company. Today the company is 100% owned by Danfoss Hydraulics.

Furthermore, White Drive Products is, since 2016, also a part of the Danfoss Hydraulics group.

Danfoss Power Solutions designs, manufactures and sells a complete range of engineered hydraulic and electronic components including: hydrostatic transmissions, mobile electronics, Danfoss orbital motors, piston pumps and motors, steering components and PVG proportional valves.
